Our holiday homes are located in southern Finland, about 100 km from Helsinki directly on the Pyhäjärvi lake in Artjärvi. Kesäpesä (property 5300 m2) provides accommodation for up to 7 people and has a private lake access (80m). Site plan
Main house 45.5 m2 with fully equipped kitchenette and a living area with sofa. A separate bedroom for two people and the gallery with three beds (120cm) offer an accommodation for max. five people. The main house has a toilet, a shower, a dressing room and a separate sauna (with electric heater). The nearest neighbour is about 0.1 km away (you can not see the next neighbors from the property). Infrastructure: refrigerator/freezer combination, microwave oven, washing machine, stove, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cleaning equipment. Television, hairdryer, radio and CD player (with iPod-Dock).
Sauna house the sauna house has a living room (15m2) with a fireplace, a sofa bed for two people, storage space and a sauna (10 m2) with a dressing room. In close proximity to the sauna house there is a separate BBQ shelter. Further there is a storehouse for wood and an outhouse on the property.
Our BBQ-shelter delights our guest in Kesäpesä since spring 2015. The self-designed shelter is built from Finnish logs and fully equipped KOTA-BBQ was installed for the best possible barbecuing. Our shelter offers all our guest a wonderful possibility for to spend some cosy time together and to enjoy tasty moments in Kesäpesä regardless of the weather.
Summer kitchen a sitting and dining area for several people located directly by the lake. For the summer kitchen there is a gas grill available.
The Garden is equipped with garden furniture and offers space for different group games. The house has a private lake access with dock. For more information about the lake Pyhäjärvi please click here.
Parking for 6 to 7 cars or motorcycles is possible above the house. The waste containers are also located next to the parking lot.
More information about the infrastructure: Both houses can be heated electrically. To use internet during the stay, a USB modem (e.g. Saunalahti, Elisa) is needed. Included in the price: Use of houses and land, equipment (including duvets and pillows), electricity, heating, water, waste disposal charge and wood, etc. as well as the rowing boat. For an additional charge Kesäpesä offers the following services: Final cleaning, bicycles for hire and bed linen and towels. Further services and prices can be found on the price list. Other additional services are available on request.
